My CSR SETTINGS is used for the region dealer CSR/PSSR agents to serve customers' online shopping. The CSR agents will work for parts selection and send the quotation to you. It may share the address book and Fapiao book during quotation creation. After the quotation sent by your CSR. You can navigate to your Quota/Order page to review the latest quotation details.
